INTRODUCTION:

The BXM-CH2316B is an automatic solar cell welding machine.

It adopt high frequency induction welding technology with high efficiency ,low damage rate and good welding result.

BENEFIT:

1.The integrity of the front gate line can be detected.

2.Solar cell automatic calibration ,ensure grid line of solar cell is aligned with the solder strip,

and remove the defective solar cell .

3.Double pots for adding soldering flux,keep the welding's continuity.

High accuracy in cutting length and ensure good soldering result.

5.Non-touch and maintenance free Electromagnetic induction soldering method,

coordinate with the Infrared temperature sensor with 25ms response speed,

closed cycle temperature control, the breakage rate is lower than 1‰.

6.Pre-heating and slow cooling method fits the soldering technology better,

will help to reduce the breakage rate.
